Best Beauty Product you will find.

As it is coming towards summer and the sun is finally making an appearance, it can only lead to one thing. I need to fake tan! I have very pale skin and I hardly get a tan even when on holiday. Which I don't mind but I think it is nice to sometimes add a little bit of bronze to your skin, I find that it can boost my confidence and make an outfit look even better.

I have tried a lot of fake tans in the past like Garner, L'Oreal, Solait..... (list goes on). I have always wanted to try out St Tropez but I just can't justify the money on a student budget. I have read a lot of good reviews on the Bondi Sands fake tan but it is an Australian brand, that wasn't available in the UK.

However, Bondi Sands has finally made it to the UK and is stocked in Superdrug! I don't know about you but this makes me very happy. As soon as I found out I headed straight to Superdrug, there was no stopping me. My local store is very small and didn't stock all their products but it did have the Bondi Sands Mousse in light/ Medium that is perfect for me. Previously I hadn't tried a Mousse, I usually go for lotions. But I can officially say I am a changed women! This product is perfect; I cannot express how amazing this fake tan is for the price it is at. Its slightly more expensive compared to other high street brands but it is still cheaper than St Tropez.

The product is so easy to apply, without it looking unnatural or streaky. I use a mitt and two pumps of fake tan per section, then use circler motions to spread the tan over my body. I have used it on my face as well, and it didn't break me out which is another bonus. For a subtle look you can leave it on for just 1 hour, or leave it on for 6 hours for a deeper looking tan. I have done both and it provides a great pay off! I would say that the Bondi Sands fake tan gives a more olive colour pay off, so none of this orange Oompa Loompa after look.

I think my hunt for the perfect fake tan is finally over, I am now heading to Superdrug to stock up for summer.

Afternoon Tea

This is a very typical English post, but there is nothing better than spending your afternoon with a cup of tea and either cake or biscuits.

The other day my family came to visit me at University, we went for a walk around town and then sat down for afternoon tea. This is a great way to spend time with your love ones (and treat yourself to something sweet!). You don't even have to go out for it. I also like to bake cakes when I am at home to sit down and have with a cup of tea. It’s like my guilty pleasure.

I do love the idea of different teas that are out there such as green tea, fruit tea etc. However I don't think that you can beat a good old cup of Tetley Tea with milk and sugar!

My Top 5 Summer Trends 2015

1 Futuristic Shine

Everywhere I go I seem to see holographic metallic accessories such as bags, purses and shoes. I love this trend for the summer it brings back memories of when I used to own a metallic bag as a child, I wish I never got rid of it!! The iridescent shine really makes a statement within an outfit and I think it is the perfect way to jazz up a boring outfit.

2 Wide Leg Trousers

This trend can look super chic and stylish, they make you look and feel amazing. I think I will be living in these trousers, as they are so comfy compared to skinny jeans!

3 Fringe Kimono

Both fringing and kimono are everywhere, so why not put them together! Wearing a Kimono in summer is a great way of layering and can come in handy when living in England (the weather can be so unpredictable!).

4 Hippy Print
Why not add a 70s print to your outfit? This is currently everywhere and I love it!

5 Shades

Wearing shades is a great way to add your personality to an outfit.

What is your favourite style? Round, Cat Eye, Aviator, Wayfarer, let me know in the comments bellow.
