My Top 5 Summer Trends 2015

1 Futuristic Shine

Everywhere I go I seem to see holographic metallic accessories such as bags, purses and shoes. I love this trend for the summer it brings back memories of when I used to own a metallic bag as a child, I wish I never got rid of it!! The iridescent shine really makes a statement within an outfit and I think it is the perfect way to jazz up a boring outfit.

2 Wide Leg Trousers

This trend can look super chic and stylish, they make you look and feel amazing. I think I will be living in these trousers, as they are so comfy compared to skinny jeans!

3 Fringe Kimono

Both fringing and kimono are everywhere, so why not put them together! Wearing a Kimono in summer is a great way of layering and can come in handy when living in England (the weather can be so unpredictable!).

4 Hippy Print
Why not add a 70s print to your outfit? This is currently everywhere and I love it!

5 Shades

Wearing shades is a great way to add your personality to an outfit.

What is your favourite style? Round, Cat Eye, Aviator, Wayfarer, let me know in the comments bellow.

Peanut Butter Lovin'

I think I may have an addiction to peanut butter! I was never a fan of it as a child but now I have it with everything. On toast, Ryvita, with apple, in smoothies, cookies, cake, you name it I have probably paired it.

I have tried a lot of different peanut butter brands; at the moment I am loving Meridian. From reading up about different brands I would probably say that this one is one of the best ones for you, in the terms of it being 100% peanuts with no added oil, salt or sugar.

When it is first opened you do need to give it a good stir as the oil separates and creates a layer at the top, but don’t worry as this is natural.

I purchased mine instore at my local Holland and Barrett, click the link if you are interest.

Are you a peanut butter lover? Comment below on what you like to pair it with.

Lets Get Juicy

I have really been getting into my juices and smoothies recently, I know as soon as summer comes around I will probably be having one everyday! The health benefits that can come from just one drink should really be raved about, how many of your 5 a day can you fit into one cup? They are also so easy to make at home for a small amount of money compared to buying them in store.

There is a whole rainbow of juices that can be made! Red, yellow, pink or green you decided. Here are some examples of my favourites that I like to make, comment bellow if you try any of these recipes out or any that you think I should try.

Tropical Cleanse
Celery, Pineapple, Kiwi, Cucumber and Spinach with Water or Coconut Juice.

Fruit Smoothie
Banana, Berries, Ice and Almond Milk.
